Integrated Delivery team × awards

My role: Creative Strategy, Brand Identity, Event Experience Design, and Visual Systems

 

The Integrated Delivery team × Awards is a multi-location recognition experience designed for both live and remote audiences, featuring an in-person awards ceremony in London alongside an official viewing event in Berlin.

It is an internal recognition initiative created to celebrate people, collaboration, and impact across teams. Developed in partnership with the Director of Communications & Training Enablement, the program required a scalable visual identity that could unify physical events, digital experiences, and branded communications.

Color palette

The visual system builds on the existing team × identity, using cyan as the primary accent colour to create distinction while maintaining brand consistency across the wider ecosystem.

Visual Style

During the initial creative workshop, stakeholders defined three core principles that shaped the visual direction of the experience:
Fun. Authentic. Modern.

These themes informed the design system across submissions, presentations, motion assets, environmental graphics, and event collateral

Email design

All communications for the event was done by the People Operations team via email. These emails were designed in MailChimp with the goal of tracking performance

Collateral

A cohesive suite of printed and digital materials designed to create a unified event experience across attendee communications, venue branding, and presentation touchpoints.

Outcome

A flexible recognition identity system that translated seamlessly across physical environments, presentation formats, and digital engagement touchpoints.
